User Data & Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of financial data you enter.
• The App provides tools for tracking and visualization — it does not verify your financial data.
• You should not rely on the App as your sole record of financial transactions.

Living P2P is a tracking and budgeting tool. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

Subscription Tiers

• The App offers Free, Plus, and Pro tiers.
• Paid features and pricing are subject to change with notice.
• Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Living P2P and its developers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or financial losses arising from use of the App
• Inaccuracies in calculations or displayed information
• Service interruptions or data sync delays

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@livingp2p.com.

Changes to Terms
