Living P2P ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We use Firebase services (Google) for authentication, data storage, analytics, and crash reporting. Google's privacy policy applies to their processing of this data.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services. Each service processes limited data as described below and is governed by its own privacy policy — Living P2P has no control over how these providers handle data on their end.

We do not grant these providers access to your financial data beyond what is necessary to operate the App. We do not use advertising SDKs or sell data to advertisers.

Biometric Authentication

The App offers an optional app lock feature using your device's biometric capabilities (Face ID or Touch ID). Biometric data is processed entirely on your device by the operating system — Living P2P never receives, stores, or transmits your biometric data. You can enable or disable this feature at any time in the App's settings.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@livingp2p.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

Living P2P is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Business Transfer

If Living P2P is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or transfer of ownership, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent in-app notice before your personal data becomes subject to a different privacy policy. You will have the opportunity to review any material changes to how your data is handled before they take effect. Your continued use of the App after notice of such a transfer constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the version number and "Last Updated" date above, and by providing notice within the App or via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after that notice period constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
